Andrew Peachey
Sports Rehabilitator, Aquatic Therapist, and Personal Trainer in London
Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm a BASRaT-registered Graduate Sport Rehabilitator, CIMSPA Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and AquaStretch Practitioner in London, and I'm driven by helping you reclaim your life from pain.
I know first-hand how debilitating back injuries can be: two different discs went "ouch". The first, a rugby injury in 2012, forced me out of sixth form. The second, in 2018, ended my career in events. For years, pain decided what I could do. Working with a personal trainer was what first got me moving again. I went on to earn a Master's in Sport Rehabilitation and to compete in powerlifting, with best lifts of a 160 kg squat and a 190 kg deadlift.
You'll find me in two places. At Aquatic Therapeutics in Stanmore, I deliver one-to-one gym rehabilitation and work in the pool, where warm water makes movement possible for people who struggle on land, including those living with chronic pain, EDS or fibromyalgia. At West Norwood Leisure Centre, I'm a personal trainer with YOUR Personal Training.
Forget impersonal exercise sheets. Whether you're coming back from an injury, living with chronic pain, finding your feet in the gym for the first time, or just want to feel more at home in your own body, we'll get there with hands-on coaching, gym work and, as you may have guessed, the power of water. No judgement and no pressure, just honest guidance and a celebration of every win along the way, however small.
My philosophy in life is simple: be kind first, always. To me, that means meeting everyone with kindness, wherever they're starting from and whatever's going on in their life. It's how I approach every client and every session.
Off duty, you'll find me meticulously brewing yet another espresso, tinkering with tech projects, or hanging out with my cats, Croissant and Clover. Heavy lifting is on pause while I train for health, but I'll be back on the platform.
